1. All contributed code is contributed under Apache License 2.0.
2. All code is assumed broken unless empirically shown to be otherwise.
3. All contributed code must pass the entirety of the Automate Test Suite and shall be 100% covered by unit and integration tests.
4. Notwithstanding the previous rule, all REST API endpoints shall be 100% covered by integration tests even if 100% coverage by unit tests is already provided, i.e. the code must be shown to work in real life.
5. All code must be reviewed.
